SHIPPING

Shipping is carried out by Australia Post within Australia. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipment to arrive in Australia and 3-5 depending on location, or refer to your tracking number for more detailed updates regarding your package. 

USA POSTAGE

We now have a faster standard shipping to the US, standard shipping now takes 4-6 business days. Express is 3-5 business days.

All customers are responsible for any additional import tax and duties that may apply.

UK POSTAGE

We now have a faster standard shipping to the UK, standard shipping now takes 4-6 business days. Express is 3-5 business days. This also comes with pre-paid VAT so there will be no hidden customs fees.

Delays in the delivery process are common to countries like: BRAZIL, SPAIN, RUSSIA, ROMANIA, SOUTH AFRICA, MEXICO, URUGUAY, PERU.

ONLINE TRACKING 

Online tracking is available in most countries for Standard international shipping. Please check your email for the online tracking number after your order is placed, it will come from the shipping company.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

A signature on delivery is required for all Express international orders.

DUTIES + TAX

Under the rare occasion international orders can be subject to additional charges known as taxes and duties that are out of URBAN SPORTÉ’s control, but rather associated with protectionism and the economic policy of trade between countries. This is determined by the customs agency from the destined country. Taxes and duties may be imposed if the total value of the imported goods exceeds the tax-free threshold (if applicable). The payment of taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders to the UK now have pre-paid VAT as of June 2019 so you will have no extra taxes to pay.

All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
